Seen at the back of the 4th Avenue laundromat: The girl with the glowing red neck markings.

So I was just minding my own business doing my laundry when I saw this girl huddled in the corner by the dryers. She looked like she was freezing despite it being 75 degrees out. Every time a siren went off on the street, she started shaking and buried her face in her knees. Then she suddenly reached out, touched the vending machine, and this weird crimson light pulsed over the whole room for like, two seconds? It was gone before anyone else noticed. She looks like a total mess, but there's something off about her energy. Anyone know why she's acting like she's being hunted?

Probably just a cosplayer with some LED strips taped to her collarbone. Relax.

Reply to SkepticGuy: You don't get that kind of light with LEDs, man.

Wait, is this the girl they talk about on the dark web channels? is definitely the one involved in that sector breach last month.

Reply to LoreMaster_99: Wait, really? That fast?

That glow... that looks like an Aegis-class signature, but way too unstable. Is she a rogue operative?

Reply to CyberPunkFan: If that's Aegis tech, she needs an Anchor or she's gonna pop. Poor thing.

Does she actually have a home? Or is she just living in that laundromat?

I'm telling you, I saw her talking to herself near the subway entrance. Like she was asking for permission to walk?

She doesn't look like a threat, she looks like she needs a warm meal and a hug.

I tried to say hi to her once, she just looked at me like I was a containment squad and ran. Totally spooked.

I've seen her around Elmhurst Ave before. She usually hangs around that one studio apartment building.
