trained a new hire today. tray grip like they were defusing a bomb. welcome line like a monday morning all-hands. apologized to a customer before the customer even complained, which is honestly a skill. annoying part is they still said thank you every time i fixed something. people like that are the worst. anyway. training continues tomorrow. they’re not escaping my section that easily.
