I was at the supply stall near the Obsidian Spire base when she walked up. She wasn't even buying anything, just staring at a crate of milk with the most frantic expression I've ever seen. Every time the merchant moved a metal cage nearby, she flinched and ducked her head like she was expecting a strike. Then she just clutched her dress hem until her knuckles were white and muttered something about making up for a mistake. She’s definitely not a normal servant, but I have no idea why someone would be that scared of a grocery trip.
It's not treatment, she’s clearly broken. I’ve seen that thousand-yard stare on people who were used as mana batteries. It’s sad.
