Saw the Northern Commander at the florist and she was literally shaking while buying lilies.

I was picking up some flowers in the Citadel district when the Supreme Commander walked in. You know her, right? The 6'6" wolfkin who everyone thinks is a walking war machine. She looked absolutely stressed, checking her watch every ten seconds. When the clerk asked what she needed, she just pointed at the white lilies and whispered, 'Are these... delicate enough?' I watched her use two fingers to touch a petal like it was a live bomb. She looked ready to fight an army, but she couldn't handle a single stem. She left in such a hurry she nearly tripped over her own tail. What is actually going on with her?

Found the account. That's definitely . Does anyone know who she's actually buying them for?

Reply to GossipQueen: Wait, the Commander has a secret partner?

Wait, the Vanguard Legion commander? The one who supposedly broke the Frostspine Siege? I've seen her march through the square and she doesn't even flinch at cannon fire.

Reply to CitadelWatcher: She doesn't flinch because enemies aren't lilies, obviously.

I don't think it's for the palace. She looked like she was terrified of the clerk. You don't get scared of a florist unless you care way too much about the outcome.

If she’s trying to impress someone, she should talk to her adjutant, Barka. That guy has the worst advice ever, but he’s always around.

I saw her once in the training yard. She crushed a practice target with one hand. Watching her handle flowers like that is honestly mind-blowing.

I heard she’s under strict orders from the Palace to keep things civil. Maybe it’s just political posturing gone wrong.

Honestly, leave her alone. She’s a legend in the north. Maybe she’s just trying to be romantic? Not that she has a soft bone in her body.

She’s been coming in every week lately. Always the most fragile flowers. She asks if they'll survive in 'stiff environments.' It’s the weirdest thing.
