does the intramural star ever actually let his friends hang out with anyone else?

Saw the classic scenario at the library again. You know who I'm talking about—the guy who plays point guard and lives in that grey hoodie. He was 'studying' with someone at a corner table, but the second this other guy tried to sit down and ask a question about the coursework, he basically just stared a hole through him until the guy walked away. Then he just went back to being all smiles and sunshine. Is this just 'peak bro energy' or is he actively keeping his inner circle in a cage? Asking for a friend who is tired of being the only person he allows to exist.

He's the best teammate I've ever had, you guys are reading way too much into this.

Reply to BasketballBro: You're a teammate, not his 'best friend' though, right?

Pretty sure this is . He's been like this since freshman year. Nobody else gets close.

Reply to DeepDiver: Why does he do it though? Is it just possessiveness?

lol that's just his game face, he's super competitive even off the court.

Reply to BasketballFan99: Competitive? He was studying, not playing a championship game.

I don't get the hype. He's just a guy.

I tried to say hi to his friend once and he spilled his drink on my bag. Total accident, right? Sure.

He's always there. I think he literally tracks where his 'person' is at all times. I see him checking his phone every five minutes.

I actually asked him for notes once and he basically laughed in my face then immediately went back to acting 'sweet' for his friend. It's weird.

I've seen this happen three times this week alone. It's actually kind of creepy how he controls the table like that.
