local sound guy actually left the house before noon today
So, I’m walking past that indie studio on 5th and I see the guy who always looks like he just crawled out of a pile of laundry. You know him—the one with the messy black hair and the grey knit cardigan that’s seen better days. He’s standing there in broad daylight, looking completely baffled by the sun like he’s a vampire or something. He holds the door for some woman, waits for her to grab coffee, and then just starts walking with her like he actually has somewhere to be. He usually doesn't even wake up until the afternoon. Who is this guy and why was he acting like he had a life plan for five minutes?
Maybe he finally found someone to drag him out of the studio? That would explain the look on his face.
Reply to coffee_run_enthusiast: He looked way too comfortable for someone who hates mornings.
I recognize that hair. That’s definitely the guy who mixed that last underground punk EP. He’s always at the studio at 4 AM.
Reply to brooklyn_beat_seeker: He's literally never been seen in the AM hours. This feels like a glitch in the matrix.
I wonder if he ever actually sleeps or just stares at waveforms until he passes out.
Honestly, 2 PM is peak performance for him. Anything earlier is just cruel.
His mentor says he doesn't have a life plan, so this outing is extremely suspicious.
If you want to know what’s going on, just go ask directly. He’s probably back in his basement now.
He looks like he forgot how to handle the brightness. Poor guy, sunlight is his natural enemy.
Wait, is this the engineer who works at that basement studio? I thought he lived in a cave.
