Who let this girl bring her friends camping with zero gear?
Saw this group of four stuck at the North Trailhead. They are literally shivering in a one-man tent while the rain is coming down in buckets. The blonde girl leading them is acting like she’s in a movie, shouting orders about how to 'properly' build a shelter out of mud. I’ve never seen someone look so confident while failing so hard. She actually tried to use an energy drink as a fire starter. Does anyone know if they are okay? Or if she always leads people into disaster like this?
I'm worried about her friends. One of them looked like she was about to cry when I walked past.
Reply to TrailBuddy: That’s her entire dynamic. She drags them along, they complain, she doubles down. Rinse and repeat.
I saw them earlier! She was arguing with a park ranger about why she didn't need a map because 'intuition is faster.' Seriously, get a grip.
Reply to MountainWalker99: LMAO 'intuition'?? In the mountains? I'm screaming.
Wait, did anyone actually go help them? Or are we just watching?
Why is she wearing that in a storm? She’s gonna be hypothermic in ten minutes.
They probably have zero bug spray too. The mosquitoes are brutal tonight.
Did the rain put the fire out yet? I need to know the aftermath.
Is that ? She looks familiar from the college rec center. Always trying to jump into the advanced classes with zero prep.
She honestly looks like she’s trying to be the 'tough one' for her friends. It's almost cute, in a tragic way.
