Caught the Babies' rookie cheerleader doing something weird after the game.
Saw the blonde one in the red uniform sitting on the curb of the stadium parking lot at midnight. She wasn't waiting for a ride or flirting with the players leaving in their Porsches. She had her noise-canceling headphones on, ignoring the entire crowd, and was just eating a giant convenience store ice cream alone. When a group of fans tried to walk up to her for a selfie, she didn't even look up, just pointed at her headphones and turned her back. Is this just 'keeping it professional' or did she really just have enough of the stadium scene?
I heard she actually knows more about the infield fly rule than some of the rookies on the field. Wild.
Reply to Pogeepatch: She definitely does. I've seen her correcting stats between sets.
You guys are obsessed. It's , she probably has a headache from dealing with the players all day.
Reply to CheerLeadTeam: She deals with them that much?
She does this every single night after a home game. Honestly, let her have her break. Everyone treats the cheerleaders like human props.
Reply to BaseballFan99: Right? She's not a mascot, let her eat her ice cream in peace.
I see her leave at 1AM every time. She never waits for the team bus.
If you saw how hard she dances during the 7th inning stretch, you'd know why she's exhausted.
It's just ice cream, why are we analyzing this?
Wait, is she the one who told off the catcher last week for crowding her spot?
Seems a bit rude to ignore fans when the team pays your salary. Just sayin'.
