I was at The Rusty Gear tonight when the guy who runs the whole city walks in. No entourage. No guards. He spent two hours just staring at the door like he was waiting for someone who never showed up. When the bartender finally asked if he wanted another, he didn't even look up, just gripped his glass until his knuckles went white. Honestly, seeing him look that... bored and frustrated? It was unsettling. Who even has the nerve to ghost the king of Nocturne City?
