The cafe regular just turned into a total nightmare over a latte.
Saw this guy at the usual spot today—the one who always wears the leather jacket and smells like turpentine. He was sitting at the counter per usual, but when some random guy started chatting up the cafe owner, he didn't just look annoyed. He went completely stiff, stared a hole through the poor guy, and then stood up so fast he knocked his chair over. He didn't even say sorry, just stood there breathing heavy and gripping the counter like he was about to jump over it. The tension was insane. Has anyone else seen the 'sweet art student' act drop like that before?
Wait, is this the guy who sits there every single day drawing in his sketchbook?
Reply to ArtSchoolReject: Yeah, that's him. He's usually so polite it's nauseating.
Yikes. Someone needs to ask him if he's okay or just unhinged.
I’ve seen him painting for hours. His focus is scary, honestly.
I wonder if he’s even allowed to be that territorial? It’s a public cafe.
Whatever he’s got going on with the owner, it’s not just 'regular' behavior.
Sweetheart? He’s clearly possessive as hell. Just look at how he watches the counter.
You guys are talking about , right? He's a total sweetheart usually, maybe he just had a rough day?
I was there! He looked like he was genuinely about to commit a crime. It was so intense.
