My neighborhood 'floral lady' just walked into a board meeting like she owned the building.

So I was waiting in the lobby of that high-rise in Minato for a delivery. I see this woman—she’s usually seen pruning roses on her balcony—striding through the front doors. She was wearing this insane silk skirt, looking totally calm. A group of guys in suits were basically bowing as she passed. She didn't even stop; she just checked her gold watch, gave a tiny smirk, and tapped one of the guys on the shoulder. It wasn't 'neighborly' at all. It felt like she was deciding who gets to keep their job today.

What was she doing with the watch? Was she timing them?

Reply to CuriousCat: Exactly. Why check the time if you're the one in charge?

She creates the most beautiful arrangements, though. How could she be involved in anything dark?

Reply to FloralEnthusiast: Power and flowers aren't mutually exclusive, sweetie. You think those boutique shops pay for themselves?

Wait, I know that building. That’s the Oasis. Is that the lady from 402? She always brings the best lilies to the lobby.

Reply to MinatoWatcher88: Lily lady? Man, you have no idea. That’s .

If you saw her walk into that room, you wouldn't ask questions. You'd just stay out of her way.

She’s always so kind to the neighbors. Maybe she’s just handling some family business?

Did she look angry or just... bored? Because the look on her face in the photo is terrifying.

I work in that building. Everyone respects her. Like, genuine fear mixed with respect.

I live on the 5th floor. She’s definitely not just a florist. Have you seen the guys who hang around her floor?
