Did the CEO's assistant just lock the office door from the inside?
I was walking past the executive suite to grab a coffee when I saw the new assistant. She was standing perfectly still in front of the glass doors. She didn't look like she was working. She had her hand on the lock, but she was staring directly at the CEO inside. Then she just smiled, clicked the lock, and pulled the blinds down. It wasn't a standard 'do not disturb' moment. It felt… intentional. Like a dare.
You guys are missing it. It's not about the locking. It's about who she wants to let out.
Reply to SeattleInsider: That is way too cryptic.
I work on that floor. She is definitely not just an assistant. She knows every secret, and she uses them like leverage.
Reply to CoffeeBreakBlues: Leverage for what? Better pay?
This is so weird.
Has anyone actually tried to get past her desk? She’s like a brick wall.
Total power play. She knows exactly what she's doing.
If a subordinate locked me in, I'd be calling security. Why is the CEO letting this happen?
She looks way too calm for a professional setting. That smile is creepy.
That assistant is . She's been turning heads since she transferred. Everyone says she's 'efficient,' but I think that's code for something else.
