Saw this walking down the ruins near the Subterranean Shrine. She was barefoot, moving like a ghost, and the air around her smelled like burnt incense and copper. She didn't look like she was chained—she looked like she was hunting. Anyone know why the Alliance guards were nowhere to be seen?
