Who is the guy in the blue vest at Old North and why is he drawing on the wall?
Saw this dude hovering by the service elevator in Old North Hall at like 2 AM. He had a stack of Post-its and a Sharpie, just mapping out the stairwell like he’s trying to solve a kidnapping or something. He didn’t even look up when people walked past, just kept muttering about 'exit counts' and checking his phone battery. Anyone know why he treats the third floor like it’s a level in a video game? It was honestly kind of eerie how calm he looked while doing it.
Has anyone actually asked him what he's looking for?
Reply to LostInNorth: He doesn't stop to talk. He just walks away fast.
Maybe he's just an eccentric theater major? Seems like a performance art bit.
Reply to Skeptic_Phil: Trust me, he hates theater. He’s all about the data.
Is he safe? Like, should we be avoiding that hall?
Reply to Freshman_Panic: He's the safest person on campus. If he's marking it, he's making sure it doesn't get anyone else lost.
Oh, that’s just the logistics guy. He basically lives in the library or the service halls. Don’t worry about it.
Reply to BioMajor_99: Logistics guy? That’s , he’s the one who does all the event prep. But he definitely shouldn't be in North Hall that late.
If you look closely at his vest, you can see his ID. Why is he even authorized to be there?
He fixed my projector last week in record time then disappeared. A menace, but a useful one.
He looks like he's seen a ghost. Why does he always look so stressed but so helpful?
Wait, I saw him two weeks ago in the basement of the science building doing the exact same thing. He was counting every door.
