Who let this girl plan a mountain trip?

Saw this group of four stuck near the Ridge trail after the storm hit last night. One girl—the blonde one in the orange sports top—was literally yelling at a rock face, trying to 'command' the weather into stopping while her friends looked like they were ready to file a missing person report for their own sanity. She’s definitely not a scout, but she’s out here acting like she’s leading an expedition. Has anyone actually seen her survive a day in the wild without a convenience store nearby?
