Reposting this because the title is doing a lot of work here. 'Updated Safety Guidelines for Human Companion Ownership' is not reform. Putting 'safety' on a cage does not make it dignified. If you need a guide to remind you not to hurt a crying person, you should not own anyone. You probably should not be trusted with love, either.
