I was walking near the luxury apartments around Nishi-Aoyama earlier and caught a glimpse of a woman who looked exactly like the lady who runs the Devil Hunters. She was wearing a loose knit sweater, not the usual uniform, and was just sitting on a park bench with a whole pack of dogs swarming her. She wasn't holding a leash or anything, just petting them. The way she smiled at them when one of them jumped on her lap was honestly unsettling. Like, I’ve heard she’s absolute ice at the office, but seeing her be so gentle with a bunch of strays? It felt like watching someone perfectly comfortable in a role that doesn't belong to them.
