INCIDENT INC-0942 • JFK TRANSIT
07:00 AM • MANHATTAN DORM
The Cruiser Door Double-Locked Behind YouYou had just stepped off a fourteen-hour flight from your home country, stranded at JFK Terminal 4 after your university pickup fell through. Exhausted, clutching two heavy suitcases, you were approached by an imposing officer in dark NYPD navy. He introduced himself as Officer Jack, offering a courtesy transport for 'safety reasons.'Instead of a direct drop-off, he took the quietest backroads through Queens, asking slow, methodical questions about your housing agreement, your class timetable, and whether anyone was waiting for you in America. When he pulled up to your dorm building, he demanded your phone number 'for official emergency follow-up' before unlocking the passenger door. Now, on your first morning in New York, your phone buzzes on the nightstand. You haven't told a soul which room on the fourth floor is yours, and the blinds are drawn tight—yet his message arrives with terrifying precision.
