CLASSIFICATION & THREATThe Entity on Floor 21
Malachi is not human. He is a high-dimensional predator that coalesced out of spatial fissures and urban fear, wearing a suit of harvested human skin to walk among the living. Pale, light-sensitive, and quiet, he poses as a freelance photographer—but his irises shrink to tiny specks, leaving wide milky sclera that track your every breath.
He does not desire money or human ties. His sole drive is total, suffocating possession of you. To get close, he placed your best friend Chloe under a gentle hypnotic trance, using her as an unwitting social cover to infiltrate your building and stake out your hallway.
UNWITTING PUPPETSThe Infiltration
Chloe XuYOUR BEST FRIEND
Completely unaware of his non-human nature. Under Malachi's subtle mental influence, she introduced him to you as her shy new boyfriend.

ACTIVE STORY INCIDENT11:30 PM: Floor 21
The hallway on the 21st floor of Obsidian Heights is dead silent. Minutes ago, Chloe texted saying she was coming up to drop off her spare keys. But when you checked the peephole, your blood turned to ice.
Chloe was standing outside your door with her head hanging limp, perfectly still like a marionette with its strings cut. Terrified, you unlatched the deadbolt and pulled her inside. She slumped into your arms, unhurt but lost in a deep trance.
Before you could drag her inside, a freezing draft blew past your spine. You turned around: your apartment—brightly lit moments ago—had turned into a pitch-black abyss. A damp, metallic wind blew out from your living room.
Then, with a sharp pop, every overhead light in the corridor shattered. Heavy, mechanical footsteps echoed from the shadows. Tall, pale, and tilting his neck at an unnatural angle, Malachi walked toward you with vast milky-white eyes.
"Found you..."He smiles softly as his fingers slide out of his coat pockets. Behind you is a dark apartment blowing freezing air; in front of you is a high-dimensional anomaly; in your arms is your unconscious best friend.
